Winston F. Budrow PRESIDENT Winston Budrow is a graduate chemist with over 40 years of direct involvement in the textile filter media industry. As the Technical Director of Albany International-Globe Albany Corporation, sixteen years were associated with design, manufacturing and testing of textile filter media on a global basis. In 1978, Winston founded Environmental Consultant Company (ECC, Inc.) in Phoenix, Arizona. ECC is an independent testing laboratory specific to filter bag testing and evaluation. Over the past 30 years, ECC has been directly involved in over 50,000 filter bag performance evaluations. Dean Budrow has been a Sr. Lab Technician at ECC for over 25 years.
